This EVOO does not disappoint!! As soon as you take a whiff of it and taste it, you feel the smooth, peppery, and INCREDIBLY fresh taste. The gentle peppery flavor is vibrant yet does not overpower the palate. I lived in Italy for 3 years and have tasted A LOT of amazing single origin EVOO and this one continues to top my list. As a Spanish person in the US is hard getting a good olive oil. After trying this one I don’t want to try more. It’s sooo good
Let me tell you -after i used Damys olive oil, I never went back to any other kind. Its smooth, rich , and beautifully balanced. I even enjoy a spoon of it in the morning with a little lemon juice and honey. Beyond the taste, you can feel the quality. It is full of healthy fats and antioxidants, and i love knowing i am adding something good for my heart and overall wellness. I use it for my salads and cooking, and it elevates everything.
