This fresh and crunchy Tunisian salad is a cold starter that belongs to my Tunisian culinary heritage. Composed of raw vegetables, cut into small cubes, this salad is particularly appreciated in summer!

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cucumber
- Dried mint leaves
For Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoons of Damya Biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Hard-boiled eggs, parsley and pieces of tuna for decoration
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and onion; cut them into cubes; put everything in a salad bowl
- Combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Season the salad with this vinaigrette
- Finally, crumble the dried mint leaves
- Optional: decorate with hard-boiled eggs cut into pieces, parsley and tuna crumbs
- Serve chilled
